Contemporary Nutrition Reviews
I actually wrote this book!!
For a text book, it was easy to read and understand.
I think there was a lot of good stuff in here. I was told by a nutritionist that the knowledge of the time this was written was not all that accurate anymore. I think she was exaggerating but I could see parts where what she said would be true. I read it anyway.
The very best nutrition text book I have seen, and I have a degree in nutrition. i wish my school had used a book this easy to read and well written. I read this before a job interview as review and got the job.
For Food and Nutrition in Health course. Written in such a way that it is easy to read. Provides a lot of resources for further information.
Slightly outdated textbook
Nutrition is very iteresting. I love learning about it. This book is, ok. Its annoying to read it, but fun to know the things inside (if that makes any sense).
It's good book to study about nutrition, to getting healthy eating behaviour.. I recommend all of you to read this amazing book to understand our body stucture..
